The owner of this Barcelona apartment has articulated the desire to add more flexibility to the existing layout and elevate their experience of day-to-day living. The apartment was previously consisted of three bedrooms and a tiny living area. Not only was one of the bedrooms not perform as intended, there was little continuity between the kitchen and living space. 

With some careful redesign, we were able to change the layout to two generous bedrooms with an open kitchen floor plan. The addition of one extra bathroom complete with a toilet and shower further makes each bedroom more practical for guests or kids alike. Not only is the living room larger and seamless connected to the kitchen, the entire apartment has better daylight and flow.
