This is a design for a single-floor house at one of the lakes of the Adirondacks, NY. The project replaces an abandoned cabin and completes the dock to be used as a platform that challenges the water.
The design features a folding roof that accompanies extreme climate and that generates tilted ceilings and dramatic cantilevers depending on the served program. The glass façade occupies the interstitial space and folds itself into creating different typologies of program for both the interior and exterior.
